Our Mission
Luclani Society keeps women connected, growing, and moving forward together. Each week our Circles meet virtually for The Grounding, 90 minutes of honest conversation and encouragement. Each month we gather in person to deepen those bonds. Each quarter we come together for getaways across the country to rest, reset, and expand what we believe is possible.
Our Vision
A world where every woman has a Circle of her own. We see a nationwide society of women who show up for each other week after week, city after city, and season after season, rising together and helping one another become who they are meant to be.
Not therapy. Not networking. A Circle.
Our meeting cadence
I.
Weekly
90 minutes, virtual. Your Circle meets each week for honest conversation, encouragement and accountability. A steady reset for the week ahead.
II.
Monthly
An evening in person at your chapter's designated private club. Dinner is included. Candor and the people who get it.
III.
Quarterly
Four regional getaways a year, North, South, East and West. Time to rest, reset and expand what you believe is possible.

Three generations. One name.
LU for Lucille, the founder's mother. CLA for Clara, her grandmother. NI for Nik, the founder herself. Three generations of women who carried their families, their communities and each other. And in Hawaiian, lani means sky. Heaven. The place above the noise.
Luclani Society exists for the next generation too, so the granddaughters will inherit something their grandmothers had to build alone: a Circle.

Our Rituals
Every gathering opens the same way. We set down our titles, our roles and everything we carry for everyone else. Here, you are simply yourself.
Every Grounding closes the same way. Each woman names one person who lifted her that week, inside the room or out. We end on gratitude, every time.
Named for Betty Lois, Nik's aunt, who always made room for one more. At every monthly gathering, one chair is held for a member's guest. Bring a woman who needs a Circle of her own.
Our Honors
Every honor is nominated by members.
Quarterly
Named for Lucille, Nik's mother and the LU in Luclani. Presented at each regional getaway to the member who did the brave thing that season. The hard conversation. The leap. The fresh start.
Annual
Named for Edna, Nik's mother-in-law, who always put others ahead of herself. Once a year, members nominate the woman whose quiet selflessness lifted everyone around her. Presented at the final getaway of the year.
Annual
Named for Clara Jean, Nik's grandmother and the CLA in Luclani. Presented each year to the Chapter Leader whose Circle grew stronger, closer and braver under her care.
Founding Chapter Leaders
We are selecting a small group of founding Chapter Leaders across our 16 chapter cities. She is respected in her community, a natural convener and the kind of woman others trust with the truth. Chapter Leaders are trained in the Luclani way, host their city's monthly gathering at a private club and share in the success of the chapter they build.
